Our local team continues to go from strength to strength and are now regularly undertaking outreach eye camps in remote locations around the Hazara District in KPK. Successful eye camps with our local employees are becoming more frequent and the process becoming more efficient. 102 patients were seen in the month of January 2023, glasses provided, and 18 cataract surgeries were performed. There is significant effort in identifying the target communities, arranging a location to hold the camp, and coordinating the local support and approvals to facilitate and undertake the camps… and with each camp the team are getting better and more efficient in helping those that need it most.
