In the immediate aftermath of the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria where nearly 60,00 people lost their lives and more than 4 million people were made homeless, we launched an emergency appeal for immediate shelter and supplies. We received £1,230 in donation from our kind donors, allowing the purchase of urgent medical supplies, blankets, and essentials for the impacted families. We coordinated the delivery of this aid with a trusted partner on the ground “Action for Humanity” who were physically present days after the earthquake and were personally coordinating their relief effort and have been on the ground mobilising families.
